Train in singing, acting and dancing and get prepared for the musical theatre industry
Programme Overview
This two-year programme is designed to equip students with a high level of proficiency and the essential musical theatre skills of singing, acting and dancing while providing the opportunity for practical performing experience. Students perform in productions and get to work with musical directors and choreographers who are in demand in the New Zealand Musical Theatre industry.

On successful completion of year two of the Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance), students may apply to pathway into year three of the Bachelor of Creativity (Performing Arts) and create a body of work in their discipline.
Entry criteria
NCEA Level 2 or equivalent plus evidence of skills/ability/aptitude based on interview and audition
International students
Proven equivalence to domestic entry requirements and IELTS 6.0 (no band lower than 5.5)
