The Master of Business Administration is for those aspiring to senior management level, those already in senior management wanting to realise their full potential, or those who are self-employed looking for the business skills they need to succeed.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration is a 120-point qualification usually completed within 12 months of full time study or 16 to 24 months of part time study. Each paper involves six weeks of class learning, with one three-hour class per week followed by an examination week. Students may commence at any one of six entry points in the year.
Progression to the MBA
The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration students may progress from the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the approval of the MBA director by completing a further 60 points of papers.
To graduate with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration students must successfully complete 120 points of MBA papers.
A graduate of the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration will be able to:

g. Communicate effectively. (Communication)
Applicants are required to have either:
A minimum of three years relevant professional work experience since gaining their degrees or other qualifications.
Applicants who do not have a tertiary qualification are expected to provide evidence of relevant professional experience deemed, by the Examination Board, to be equivalent to an undergraduate degree. This would typically be 10 years work experience of which 3-4 is in a supervisory or management capacity. Candidates may also be required to complete an aptitude test and/or attend an interview.
English Language requirements:
Minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 overall with all bands 6.0 or higher; TOEFL iBT score of 90; Certificate in English for Academic Study (CertEAS) with A grade; GIE with B+ grade; CAE minimum overall score of 176; PTE minimum overall score of 58.
